🐾 Panther Power Hour
This year we introduced Panther Power Hour, a special club and activities time that students work hard to earn twice a week. Students have been placed into a variety of engaging clubs, including:
Boards & Builders
Creative Lens
Culinary
Helping Hands
Jam Session
Panther Broadcast
Spirit Squad
Our students have already been busy: packing food boxes, picking up trash around campus, starting a JMS broadcast, playing instruments, sketching nature scenes, taste-testing new foods, learning kitchen safety, playing new games, and creating signs for Red Ribbon Week and basketball games. They are showing responsibility and pride in earning this time each week!
🥫 Community Food Drive
We recently held a community food drive that helped provide food to over 80 families in our area.
A huge thank you to the many individuals, churches, and organizations who donated food, boxes, and supplies to help us meet this important need. We are grateful for the continued support of our wonderful community.
🏐🏈🏀 Athletics & Activities
We wrapped up successful volleyball and football seasons, and basketball is off to a great start. Our cheerleaders have done an amazing job supporting our athletes each week.
🎶 Band
Our band students have been working incredibly hard in class each day, practicing their music, improving their technique, and preparing for their first concert of the year. Their first concert was last night and provided a great opportunity for our young musicians to shine and share what they’ve been learning with their families and community. Thank you to Mr. Mercier for everything he does for our band program!
